Prices are displayed on the site in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to volume-based tiers as indicated in your cart. Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders you have already placed.
Payment is processed at checkout via PayPal or cryptocurrency (via OxaPay). We do not store your payment card or wallet details — these are handled directly by the payment provider. You agree to be bound by the terms of the payment provider you choose.
Standard shipping is included at no additional cost. Express shipping is available for an additional fee shown at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be available on your account page.
Where the service includes emailed documents (such as recipient spreadsheets and uploaded files), delivery is deemed complete when the email is sent to the addresses you provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring these addresses are correct and able to receive email attachments.
Due to the personalised nature of the service, orders are generally non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a change or cancellation. In case of a defective or incorrect delivery, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The site, its design, text, graphics, and code are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a limited licence to use, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
